Your mindset is the most critical aspect of your job search!

 

It’s truly what happens in the 6 inches between your ears that determines how successful you are and how quickly you land your next role. 
 
Over the next couple of weeks I will be blogging about sales.  I know a lot of professionals out there may have been recently laid off because of COVID19 or their actively seeking their next role due to something within their organization. 
 
I know you may be turned off by the work “sales”, but in all reality we sell on a daily basis and we are not cognizant of it.  
 
I want to share with you some of the aspects that great sales professionals use and that are transferable into your job search.   To makes sure that you’re putting your best foot forward and getting into that next role.  While giving yourself the best opportunity to make sure that your landing in that role that you are going to excel in. 
 
Part of that is that you have to sell your background to the position.  Every client I work with understands that they are in sales when they are actively looking for their next role.
