I have a quick tip for you.  I just want to make sure that when your focusing on how you’re communicating or selling your background.  The two key words that you want to keep in mind are Value and Benefits.  The value that you bring to the organization and the benefits of working with you.  There are several different examples that you can use to demonstrate.  I call it the V&B technique in terms of sales.  So make sure that you’re communicating the value and benefit of working with you.
