Before engaging in a package, we’ll have a complimentary consultation call to make sure that a package is right for you and that we’re a fit. After the consultation calls, you will receive tailored package options that include the session roadmaps and timelines based upon your specific needs.  Then we will make adjustments based upon your feedback, sign the contract, and start scheduling sessions.  Once the payment is received, we start our journey together to give you an Unfair Advantage in advancing your career and income!   

The package begins with an introductory onboarding session to gather all the information necessary to start creating your professional branding material.  Afterward, you will get rough drafts of those documents and recommendations within 10-15 business days, most often sooner.  We start the other sessions after the onboarding as well according to the schedule outlined in the package. Once the drafts are complete and you provide feedback, we will make revisions and deliver the final versions within five business days to start using immediately.  Additionally, we start the other sessions based upon the schedule determined in our consultation call.    

The package is customized and tailored to address your specific needs from a holistic perspective. Packages cover all three major areas Professional Branding, Interview Intelligence, and Advancement.  Most packages provide additional value by including us professionally writing your cover letter, resume, and LinkedIn profile.  Additionally, you will benefit from having priority access to our availability over those who purchase individual sessions.

We schedule sessions at mutually convenient times. We take on a limited number of package clients at a given time to provide as much availability as possible.  The VIP package has exclusive off-hours to offer flexibility around your busy schedule. 

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.  We conduct sessions depending upon your preference of phone, video conferencing, or if you reside in Chicago, We’re based downtown in River North so we can arrange to meet in person.

It varies depending upon availability and sense of urgency. For example, we have had clients complete a package in less than a week because they were unemployed and wanted to get results asap.  Other clients who were passively looking with limited availability have completed packages in 4 to 6 weeks.  We take on a limited number of package clients at any one time to ensure availability and delivery.
